To make your experience simpler and faster, Orlay Pay debuts at Opel Firenze Rocks 2026: the new digital ordering and payment system developed in collaboration with TicketSMS, alongside the payment methods already available at the festival.

At all food & beverage points, you will be able to choose between Orlay Pay, card payment and Tokens.

Orlay Pay: order and pay from your smartphone

With Orlay Pay, you can avoid unnecessary waiting: browse the menu and complete your payment in just a few seconds directly from your phone, without paying at the till.

All you need to do is:

  1. Scan the QR Code available in the area with your smartphone

  2. Browse the menu and select the products you wish to purchase

  3. Pay directly online

  4. Show your digital receipt at the sales point to collect your order

Assistance and support

Orlay Pay is a technological service developed and managed by TicketSMS.

For any issues related to registration, payment, transactions or the functioning of the platform, dedicated assistance points will be available inside the festival.

Card payment

All food & beverage points at the festival accept electronic payments via credit cards, debit cards and compatible contactless payment systems.

Token payment

Tokens remain available for those who prefer to use the traditional system.

Tokens can be purchased at the authorised sales points inside the festival using both cash and payment cards.
