What are the access methods to the event for disabled people?
The organizer will set up a space within the event venue reserved for disabled people (with the right to be accompanied and who require continuous assistance) and their accompanying persons who must be adults, taking care to position said reserved space, when possible, near the emergency exits and in any case according to criteria aimed at guaranteeing primarily the safety and security of the persons who will be there during the show.
For each event, the organizer will reserve an adequate, but necessarily limited, number of seats for disabled people and their accompanying persons.
Entry to the venue and positioning of the disabled person in a sector other than the reserved area will be considered as a liberal choice of the disabled people themselves.
It is recommended that disabled people attend the show by positioning themselves within the area reserved for them, which can be accessed by booking, according to the procedure indicated below.

Booking procedure

For events organized at the Visarno Arena, the disabled person with the right to be accompanied, who needs continuous assistance and who wishes to attend the event must book a seat in the reserved area, requesting the relative ticket reserved for him/her for the designated area by sending an email to info@visarnoarena.it indicating the date of the concert/event he/she wishes to attend, the documentation certifying the disability (copy of the disability certificate, please cover the sensitive parts, leaving the percentage visible), the recognized degree of disability, the right to be accompanied and specifying whether the disabled person walks or if there are walking problems or if he/she moves in a wheelchair. The request procedure must be repeated for each event. The seat will be assigned with priority to the highest disabilities (we give priority to certificates with percentages of 100%) with the right to be accompanied and who need continuous assistance, according to the arrival date of the reservation (choosing the one that arrived first), subject to availability.

We give priority to certifications with percentages of 100%. The number of places is limited, the requests are many and the only criterion based on which a request is accepted or not is the date of sending the complete request and the percentage.
Sending the reservation request does not give the right to participate in the event, unless confirmed by the organizer of the event via email. In case of availability of places for the requested date, the reservation will be confirmed in writing, as soon as possible, and all the useful information for payment and ticket collection methods will be provided.
It is specified that the holder of the paid ticket is the disabled spectator and that free entry is provided for the companion.
Only one companion (who must be of age) is allowed to enter for each disabled person.

Reserved parking spaces

The Visarno Arena has parking spaces reserved for disabled people, whose access methods will be made known once the reservation has been confirmed.

Pregnant Women

Inside the Visarno Arena, there will be an area dedicated to pregnant women and injured people.
There is no need to purchase a dedicated ticket, the area will be free to access until all seats are taken (including seats) and it will not be possible to book it.
Access to the Arena is from the entrance indicated on the ticket.
For safety reasons and to protect the physical safety of yourself and your unborn children, in the event of pregnancy or occasional injury, it is not recommended to attend the event, especially where only standing places are provided.

In the event that there is the possibility of choosing between standing and sitting, it is preferable to purchase a seated ticket.
In any case, the pregnant woman or injured person who decides to attend the event does so at his or her own risk and without any liability on the part of the organizer.

In the event of pregnancy or injury discovered or occurring after the date of purchase of the ticket and up to the date of the event, the replacement or refund of the purchased ticket is not permitted, nor can you expect to be placed in an area within the venue other than that indicated on the confirmed ticket.

Yes, the tickets are daily and give access to all the performances scheduled for the day purchased. Each ticket allows you to attend all the performances of the artists who will be performing that day, at no additional cost.

• The Single Seat offers basic access to attend the festival days from the main audience area, standing.

• PIT 1 allows access to the PIT area. The PIT is a delimited standing area closer to the stage than the Posto Unico. During the day, it is possible to freely enter and exit the PIT.

• The Early Entry / Fast Lane package includes one (1) PIT ticket with early entry to the venue compared to standard ticket holders, an exclusive gadget, two free drinks and free access to the Premium Toilets.

• The Rocks Party package includes one (1) PIT ticket with access to the SUPER PIT*, fast lane, car/motorcycle pass, an exclusive gadget and access to the Rocks Party Lounge with pre-show dinner, open bar, relaxation area, air conditioning and dedicated toilets.

• The Rockstar package includes one (1) PIT ticket with access to the SUPER PIT*, fast lane, car/motorcycle pass, an exclusive gadget, a merchandise voucher, a backstage tour with photos on stage (subject to availability) and access to the Rocks Party Lounge with pre-show dinner, open bar, relaxation area, air conditioning, and dedicated restrooms.

*The Super PIT is an exclusive area reserved for those who have purchased the Rockstar and Rocks Party packages. Positioned laterally in front of the stage, it allows you to enjoy an exclusive perspective on the show.
